Thank you for joining us at Hippo Bargains “HB”, run by Daily Bargains LLC.

PLEASE READ OUR TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AS THEY ARE A BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN DAILY BARGAINS LLC ("Hippo Bargains", "hippobargains.com", “HB”, or “we” ) AND YOU. BY ACCESSING ANY AND ALL WEBSITES RUN BY DAILY BARGAINS LLC, referred to as “Websites”  (now or in the future), YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE.

COMMUNICATION
By registering on the site, you agree to receive email communications from HB.  You also agree that these electronic communications satisfy all legal requirements.

MINIMUM AGE
You must be a minimum of 18 years old to access the Websites, unless you are visiting the Websites under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By accessing the Websites, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years and of legal age to enter into a binding contract or that you are accessing the Websites with the permission and direct involvement of a parent or guardian.

TERMS OF PURCHASE
We do not warrant that product specifications and/or descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Websites is complete, accurate, or free of errors. In the event of any errors relating to the pricing, quantities, or specifications of any product, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders at our sole discretion. In addition, we reserve the right at any time, to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or after your credit card has been charged. You may not purchase any item from this site for resale by you or any other person, and you may not resell any item purchased from this site. The prices displayed on the site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are intended to be valid and effective only in the United States. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account.

PAYMENT
When you order from the Website(s), you agree to pay the price stated at the time you submit your order, the shipping & handling fees for the delivery of your order, and any and all applicable Taxes. Your card will be charged at the time you place your order.

CANCELATIONS, REFUNDS, & RETURNS
When you order from the Website(s), you agree that your order is final, and that HB does not accept cancellations, refunds, or returns.

LIABILITY
You will not hold Daily Bargains LLC or any Daily Bargains LLC employees or affiliates responsible for any issues arising from violation of these terms or ANY access of the site using your account.  This includes, but is not limited to, damages, costs, attorney’s fees, product issues, injury, and losses.  

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Websites and all of its contents, including, but not limited to, text, HTML, logos, slogans, and pictures are the sole property of HB or were legally licensed to HB by a legitimate third party.  You may not reproduce any part of the site in any way without the sole permission of Daily Bargains LLC.  

SALES TAX
Daily Bargains LLC is located in the state of Wisconsin.  We are legally required to charge sales tax to all Wisconsin residents.  You agree to pay sales tax if you are resident of Wisconsin.

USE OF HB
By using the Websites in any way, you are agreeing that you will not abuse, harass, or hold liable Daily Bargains LLC, its employees and affiliates, and any other user.   Additionally, you will not use the site in any way that is not consistent with the law or that damages the site or makes it unusable for other users.  Additionally, you agree that the information you have provided to HB is true and you accept all responsibility for any actions under your account.  You also agree that any photos, comments, or other publicly shared information on the site becomes the sole property of HB, and that HB has the right to reproduce, edit, or otherwise change such information.

HB frequently provides links to third party sites.  We do not in any way guarantee that these links are safe, valid, or clear of inappropriate content.  HB is not responsible for any damage related to third party links.
