Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to be able to ship to Canada & adore our Canadian customers! If you are elsewhere in the beautiful vast world, please contact us before placing your order.

When will my order ship & when can I expect to receive it?
You will find a ship date at the top of the product description each day. Shipping dates vary from 24 hours to 1 week. Once orders have been shipped, it can take up to 7 days to reach US destinations and up to 3 weeks to reach Canada. Your order will come, we promise. We know that it can take a bit to receive your order, but please try to remember you got an amazing deal. Sometimes the best things are worth waiting for :-)

I still haven't received it. Now what?
In rare cases, your order can be held in customs for up to 25 days. We have no way to track your order once it has left our local post office, so although we are happy to respond to an email inquiry, there is nothing we can do other than let you know how much we appreciate your patience (which is true). If we could snap our fingers so it would arrive in an instant, you better believe we would do it! We love you guys!
