Will I be charged tax?

We are required to collect local sales tax only in WI, the state in which our headquarters is located.

How will I know that my order was accepted?

After you click "Purchase Now" an e-mail confirmation will be sent. You can also check the status of your order by logging into hippobargains.com. Click on "Order History" to review order status and to obtain a tracking number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

No. As much as we’d love to offer this option, at this stage in the game, we can’t. Sorry.

When will I be charged?

As soon as you complete your order, your credit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that your purchase, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable.

Do you take returns, refund, or exchanges?

No. Please understand that although this is a service we wish we could provide to you, we simply can’t.
